Some states are more equal than others

Check out the states that got sweetheart deals from Dingy Harry Reid. In my neck of the woods it's called a BRIBE. Says he, “A number of states are treated differently than other states. That's what legislation's all about: compromise”

Does this not call to mind this: "All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others." Hmmmm, wanna play poker with a pig?

Our Constitution states in Article 1, Section 9: `No preference shall be given by any regulation of commerce or revenue to the ports of one State over those of another’.

Article 4, Section 4 states: `The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a Republican form of Government’. Also under our US code Title 18 201 Titled Bribery of Public Officials and Witnesses: Section B reads, `Whoever directly or indirectly, corruptly gives, offers or promises anything of value to any public official (officials is defined as a member of Congress, Delegate or Resident Commissioner) or any person who has been selected to be a public official, or offers or priorities any public official or any person who has been selected to be a public official to give anything of value to any person or entity with intent (a) to influence any official act; or (b) to influence such public official or person who has been selected to be a public official to commit or aid in committing, or colluding, or ally any fraud or make opportunity for the commission of any fraud on the United States.
