Pope Benedict will arrive in the United States on April 15th (hopefully, not too taxing for him). He will be received at the White House on April 16th and will address the US Bishops in the afternoon. On the morning of April 17th, he will celebrate Mass at the new sports stadium and in the afternoon, will visit Catholic University of America.
The New York leg is as follows:
Morning: Address to the United Nations
Afternoon: Ecumenical meeting
Morning: Con-celebration with priests of New York and from across the country in St. Patrick’s Cathedral
Afternoon: Session at the Seminary of the New York archdiocese organized by the seminarians
Morning: visit to Ground Zero
Afternoon: Returns to Rome

Our diocesan pilgrimage to the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception is April 12th. I might as well just stay the whole week.
